
These introductory classes have two parts: the first is theoretical and the second is practical. Be sure to watch them both before you start learning the recipes for each of the Bien Plantado cooking courses.
In the theory class we will talk about label reading, shopping secrets, shopping lists and lists of ingredients for your pantry and fridge as well as tools to help you prepare your kitchen.
In the practical class you will learn the importance of cutting in the kitchen, how to choose knives, we will explain the mise en place and we will make the recipe for pomodoro sauce and vegetable stock.
